Our organization has invested a major portion of its infrastructure on the manufacturing facilities. The manufacturing facilities of our organization comprise a well equipped workshop unit where the fabrication work of pipes and steel structures takes place. Different tools and modern machinery are installed our manufacturing unit for carrying out various jobs. Some of the facilities available for the fabrication process consist of the following:

 

 

Our joint partner OCS boasts of a large land area of 10,003 sq m. for their manufacturing unit. Since their establishment in 1988, when OCS had a modest workshop on a 1,000 sq m area, it has now acquired a large area on the waterfront along the Gul Basin in Jurong. The modern fabrication yard and the workshop are now spread over a production floor area of 3,000 sq m complemented by an open yard of 6,000 sq m.

 

The most striking feature of the manufacturing plant is 130 m long waterfront along the Gul Basin. All the heavy structures, large diameter storage tanks and offshore structures are fabricated in this plant area. Since these structures could not be transported via roads, they are directly loaded on to the barges with the help of mobile or floating cranes.

 

The fabrication unit of OCS is well equipped with 2 x 20 ton units & 2 x 10 ton units of Overhead Traveling Cranes which covers a floor space of 80 m. these cranes are used for loading the unloading the heavy industrial structures that are fabricated in the yard. These cranes are also installed in the workshop area covering a floor space of 40 m length wise.

• Fabrication Yard: 2 x 20 tons overhead traveling crane & 2 x 10 tons crane
• Machinery Shop: 840 sq.m – 42 m x 20 m x 9 m (H) & 2 x 10 ton gantry crane
• Open Yard: 6,000 sq.m – 130 m length
• Water Front: Depth at high tide – 6 m, Zero tide – 2.5 m & Quarry Walk – 100 m
